β€’ Respond to technical support tickets β€’ Prompt customers for information necessary to troubleshoot problem reports β€’ Reach out to customers by phone and / or screen share as necessary to understand problem reports β€’ Help customers understand R365 payroll integration functionality β€’ Diagnose and document software defects and escalate them to management β€’ Participate in live chats β€’ Manage personal queue of customer tickets β€’ Identify gaps in company self-help documentation β€’ Identify and share ticket trends with Implementation Team β€’ Conduct Basic Training on an as-need basis β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Previous background with Payroll and HR Systems β€’ High attention to detail β€’ Excel knowledge β€’ Flexible and adaptable based on the needs of the client and internal team β€’ Solution oriented mindset with ability to articulate under pressure β€’ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex content with a simplified explanation β€’ Strong technical aptitude with experience communicating across multiple platforms β€’ A passion for helping people get the most out of technology β€’ Familiarity with restaurant management β€’ Familiarity with restaurant labor scheduling and labor management β€’ Understanding of basic accounting journal entry principles β€’ Understanding of labor accruals β€’ Payroll Implementation Experience
