β€’ Develop and implement effective customer service strategies and procedures β€’ Lead, train, and motivate the customer service team to deliver outstanding service β€’ Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner β€’ Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements β€’ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience β€’ Manage and optimize customer service tools and systems β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role β€’ Exceptional leadership and communication skills β€’ Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems β€’ Experience in the security industry is a plus β€’ Excellent organizational and time management abilities
