Description

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify top digital marketing talent in LATAM. • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with client requirements. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients. • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. • Provide recommendations and insights to clients based on market trends and talent availability. • Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in digital marketing or related industries. • Strong understanding of digital marketing roles, trends, and industry best practices. • Experience sourcing and attracting digital marketing talent in LATAM. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
