Description

• As the Director of Marketing at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in building and instilling Pair Team’s brand and message to provide healthcare to the underserved across various healthcare systems and communities. • You will own the development and execution of the brand marketing strategy, utilize data to make decisions, and ensure Pair Team’s message is consistent but chameleonized to each audience. • This is a fully remote position reporting up to the COO. • Develop and implement a strategic marketing playbook and roadmap to enhance brand awareness, and inbound interest across all of our stakeholders including patients, community organizations, providers, health plans, and government agencies. • Lead the development and maintenance of the brand’s visual and written identity. • Lead the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including SEO, digital, social, print, events, collaboratives, etc.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, or a related field including Brand, Content, and Growth Marketing • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies with high ROI • Strong understanding of customer behavior, trends and positioning • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams • Strong project management skills to effective prioritize and manage multiple initiatives • Experience in HealthTech is a strong plus! • Strong analytical skills to ensure data driven decision making • Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
