β’ Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. β’ As our founding Technical Recruiter at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in growing the team that builds our technology. β’ You will own the end-to-end hiring processes for all technical positions.
β’ 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume or high-growth startup environment (healthtech and prior founding technical recruiter experience a plus!) β’ Proven track record of successfully hiring for engineering, data, and product management teams. β’ Experience building out technical recruiting strategy at a scaling organization. β’ A strong network of technical talent that you can draw from and continue to cultivate. β’ Experience with Google Suite and an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and closing β’ A deep understanding of how to navigate sourcing tools and social media networks to find candidates β’ Awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends β’ Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability β own driving results for the mission, business, and candidate experience β’ Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills β’ Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
