📋 Description
• Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. • You will play a critical role in supervising and supporting our team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs), owning the development and implementation of clinical policies and protocols, and collaborating closely with our Population Health team. • This is a fully remote position with opportunities for in-person engagement. The role requires travel to represent Pair Team at conferences and with other partners and stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine as a Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), with an active and unrestricted medical license in California. • 5+ years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in leadership or supervisory roles, in safety-net settings. • Proven ability to develop and implement clinical protocols and policies in a dynamic healthcare environment. • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operations, growth and population health. • A passion for serving vulnerable populations, including those experiencing homelessness, severe mental illness, or substance use disorders. • Experience in telehealth or technology-enabled care delivery models is a plus. • Comfort in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment that values autonomy and innovation.
