📋 Description

• Paladin Sports Outreach is looking for kingdom minded individuals who have a heart for Jesus and want to share the gospel through sports programming. • Being an area director for Paladin means planting new programming in your region. • Create and foster an environment to share the Christian faith while building character in individuals served. • Ideal candidates will have understanding of ministry leadership and youth sports landscape. • Responsible for all day-to-day aspects ensuring success while receiving operational support from the Central team. • Act as the primary influence in the community for Paladin, demonstrating commitment to program growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience serving and/or leading a ministry. • Credentials related to your sport including preferred collegiate level experience as an athlete. • Coaching experience is a plus at youth, club, high school, or collegiate level. • Certifications displaying continued education in your sport or sports in general. • Must adhere to the vision of and mission of Paladin Sports Outreach. • Must demonstrate a high level of detail-orientation. • Must display organization and communicative skills. • Must have the ability to work well under pressure in game situations. • Must be able to display a loving, caring and supportive attitude, while at the same time showing a level of discipline that training athletes need. • Must possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives. • Must have the ability to demonstrate uncompromised judgment and discretion with regard to interpersonal relationships. • Must have a strong sense of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
