Description

β€’ Ensure timely receipt and accurate documentation of contracts and customer information β€’ Define, improve, and optimize current documentation verification and survey processes β€’ Act as Survey and Documentation Controller for projects entering the installation workflow β€’ Ensure customer service levels meet or exceed Palmetto standards β€’ Assist in creation of reports and metrics (SLAs) to optimize resources and workflow β€’ Meet all defined SLOs regarding work queues β€’ Support sales and operations leadership with updates and feedback β€’ Review and optimize existing processes; implement scalable solutions β€’ Record all customer interactions within CRM (Salesforce) β€’ Serve as documentation and survey expert, advising on issues β€’ Work with multiple teams for successful project execution

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 4 years experience in a customer support or business processing related position β€’ BA/BS preferred β€’ Customer service mindset β€’ Problem solver β€’ Strong computer skills (MS Office or G Suite) β€’ Assertive, confident and clear communicator, both written and verbally β€’ Demonstrates ability to take initiative, be independent and a self-starter. β€’ Capacity to analyze key metrics and root cause problems β€’ Ability to coach and cultivate a successful team β€’ Establish and maintain an encouraging and cooperative working environment β€’ Enjoys working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment β€’ Spanish speaker a plus - Bilingual
