Description

• Contribute to Panaseer’s technical delivery • Support customer engagements from a technical point of view, be the Panaseer product expert • Deliver according to technical best practice • Take ownership of work and pride in delivering first-class customer service and value • Anticipate and address potential issues before they are widely recognized

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in customer delivery, technical delivery, or software development • Engaging with customers at all development stages • Problem solving to identify root causes and propose fixes to technical issues • Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi, and Unix / Linux environments • Collaborating with other teams to drive change improvements • SQL and familiarity with data analysis methods • Ability to deploy and configure a technical product to suit customer requirements • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in teams and independently as required • Interest in learning new technologies and domains
