Description

• Delighting new and existing customers through the efficient implementation of Panaseer modules and features. • Champion the Panaseer product to educate and guide customers within the scope of work for each module • Manage and drive efficient, consistent module delivery • Increase profitability through optimised, predictable, scalable module implementation • Enable and inform Panaseer to pursue constant product improvement, inspired by the voice of the customer

Requirements

• Managing a team of Implementation Engineers (or similar); providing coaching and mentoring to grow your team members professionally • Building engaging partnerships with customers at all development stages; implementation, onboarding and adoption • Problem solving to identify root causes and lead on fixes to technical issues • Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments • Rolling out improvements to drive more optimal delivery
