📋 Description
• Reporting to the Associate Director, Annual Giving, the Senior Manager is a fundraiser for the mid-level giving program • Managing a portfolio to cultivate, solicit and steward leadership annual giving donors ($1,000-$10,000) • Develop, implement, and oversee solicitation and stewardship strategies to engage mid-level donors • Manage a portfolio of mid-level giving donors • Growing revenue from mid-level donors
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a fundraising role or supportive fundraising role • Ensure fundraising goals are met or exceeded • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network • Must be a highly energetic professional with a track record of building donor relationships and closing gifts • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of groups • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results oriented environment • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to exercise initiative and accept responsibility • Ability to work independently and within a remote team environment • High degree of professionalism is essential • Travel and weekend work required at times • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or other CRM highly preferred
