• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a focus on technology. • Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue technology stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar platforms. • Experience in scaling technology for high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus. • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier). • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and reporting. • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI). • Familiarity with automation tools and APIs for process optimization. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
