• Account managers serve as the primary liaison for Pareto’s growing client base • Manage client communications, nurture relationships, and track documentation • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure member retention rate holds steady for years
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years’ experience in a client facing account management role • Knowledge of health insurance and/or self-insurance • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage relationships and act in a consultative role • Must be able to work on multiple projects at once, have a high attention to detail, and ability to accomplish large volumes of work with minimal supervision is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
