• As a Senior BPO Sales Engineer (f/m/d), your mission is to drive revenue growth by demonstrating the value of our solutions to global BPO partners. • Collaborating with the BPO Partnerships Manager, you will contribute to winning new business by conducting discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and leading Proof of Concepts (PoC). • Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with BPO Partnerships Managers and Account Executives to drive pre-sales activities. • Design Tailored Solutions: Create and present customized technical solutions that showcase our AI platform's value. • Lead PoC Initiatives: Oversee Proof of Concept engagements to validate solutions. • Collaborate Across Teams: Align solutions with partner needs by working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. • Provide Expert Guidance: Serve as a technical advisor to support partners in decision-making and solution adoption. • Advocate for Partners: Channel partner feedback and market trends to influence product development. • Support Go-To-Market Plans: Drive joint go-to-market efforts with partners.
• Experience: 5+ years in a pre-sales role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar, preferably within the BPO or SaaS industry. • Technical Expertise: Strong background in enterprise technology, with the ability to design and articulate complex technical solutions. • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and a proven ability to drive revenue through technical pre-sales activities. • Communication Skills: Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. • NICE TO HAVE: Industry Experience: Prior experience working with BPOs or contact center solutions. • Technical Certifications: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, AI, or contact center platforms.
