• Periti is a culture driven, ambitious startup that brings business clarity and structure to customers so that they can make digital transformation a reality. • Brainstorm, build, test and deploy sales processes, service delivery systems, marketing frameworks and campaigns across HubSpot Hubs. • Respond to business requirements and perform administrative functions within Sales, Marketing, Service and Operations Hubs. • Maintain best practices for Sales Process and Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc. • Provide troubleshooting / first line of support for stakeholders working on deliverables and encountering process challenges, errors or technical issues with the HubSpot platform. • We enable Digital Transformation and tailor the HubSpot CRM to customer needs.
• Someone who shares our love of working in few weeks to few months projects, with different business contexts, sizes, industries. • Someone who lives to develop CRM strategy for clients • Enjoys leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements. • Supports sales activities inclusive of driving and leading sales calls and proposal development. • A lot of empathy with users — understanding their challenges, how they work, and how that drives everything. • Curiosity and ability to autonomously make tradeoffs with the customer and business in mind. • Excellent communication skills. • You must be able to collaborate effectively with people in a remote, cross country environment, and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences. • A taste for learning different tools and technologies, and combining them into elegant solutions.
