• Founded in 2021, Parspec is revolutionizing the $13 trillion global construction industry with cutting-edge AI technology and a proprietary product dataset. • The opportunity includes leading the development and execution of quoting and pricing capabilities within the B2B enterprise software platform. • Roles involve defining product roadmap, owning product lifecycle for quoting and pricing from ideation to execution. • Establish performance metrics and monitor product success to drive continuous improvements. • Collaborate globally with teams to develop innovative solutions and mentor team members.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software (CPQ, commerce, QTC, CRM, and ERP systems, etc.), preferably in procurement, construction tech, or marketplace platforms. • Strong understanding of quoting, pricing, and sales enablement tools in a B2B context. • Proven track record of working with startup software companies and collaborating with global teams across different time zones and cultures. • Excellent ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories. • Outstanding communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus. • Software development experience and an MBA are advantageous.
