• PAR Technology Corporation is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the PAR Legal Team. • Responsible for providing support and execution of deliverables of the PAR Legal Team. • Seeking an ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated attorney with 6-9 years legal experience.
Requirements
• J.D. from an accredited law school. • Must be admitted to practice law by a relevant state bar • Between 6-9 years of legal experience, with exposure to resolution preparation, due diligence, and technology/SaaS industry as pluses. • Strong drafting skills; Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and other legal documents, including employment and other professional service agreements, supply and procurement agreements, and joint development, distribution, and outsourcing arrangements. • Critical thinking, judgement, and analytical problem-solving skills. • First-rate oral and written communication skills. • Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. • A self-starter, who is accountable for his or her decisions and work product.
