• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals • Experience with HR information systems and data analytics • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs • Experience in change management and organizational development • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
