Description

• We seek an experienced and dynamic HR/People Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources management in our organization. • This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment. • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives. • Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention processes. • Oversee employee relations and drive engagement initiatives. • Lead learning and development programs across the organization. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Manage performance evaluation and compensation processes. • Oversee employee health, safety, and wellness programs. • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals • Experience with HR information systems and data analytics • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programs • Experience in change management and organizational development • Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
