• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR information systems • Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and goal-setting initiatives • Ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and fostering a positive work environment • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Administer and explain benefits programs to employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns • Conduct HR-related training sessions on various topics, such as compliance and company policies • Assist with payroll processing and administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions
