• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist capacity • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Experience with data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making • Experience with 15five is highly desirable • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and fostering a positive work environment
