• Lead a team focused on cultivating and developing relationships with current PartsBase Inc. • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent field sales work experience • Sales experienced focused in account management or customer success • Minimum of 5 years with proven track record of success in B2B SaaS environment, with a desire to take the next steps in your career. • Proven experience as a sales representative, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Desire and ambition to step into a leadership role and manage a team. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. • Ability to transition from individual contributor to team leader, with a focus on coaching and development. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a strategic mindset. • Comfortable with adapting to new processes and systems, with a willingness to learn and grow in a managerial capacity.
