📋 Description

• The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the technical execution of PartsSource’s service implementation projects for healthcare organizations. • This position is a key liaison between internal stakeholders and healthcare providers, ensuring that implementations are strategically executed, aligned with clinical engineering workflows, and result in successful service adoption. • The Implementation Manager will be hands-on in gathering critical operational data, facilitating workshops, configuring service plans, and ensuring accurate equipment tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working in healthcare technology management (HTM), clinical engineering, or medical imaging service environments. • Ability to navigate hospital workflows, engage with cross-functional teams, and drive service adoption. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot implementation challenges and refine service execution strategies. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. • Experience leading training sessions, onboarding hospital teams, and supporting large-scale healthcare implementations. • Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site training, inventory assessments, and service implementation support.
