• About Passport: • Our goal is to help brands reach their global potential by building the #1 international eCommerce enablement solution for DTC brands. • Hundreds of the world’s top direct-to-consumer brands like iHerb, Tommy John, Native, Ritual, Seed.com, and more trust Passport to enable their international eCommerce channel. • With an expansive network, an in-house team of logistics and eCommerce experts, and an easily deployed customer experience platform, Passport is the partner that growth-focused brands trust to expand their business internationally. • Overview: • We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented BizOps Analyst to join our growing team. • This individual will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives and delivering high-impact analyses across multiple departments. • The BizOps Analyst will work closely with the BizOps Manager and senior leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence. • The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to grow into a trusted advisor within the organization. • They are resourceful and adaptive, taking ownership of solving ambiguous challenges, handling routine business activities, and managing ad hoc projects that contribute meaningfully to key business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 1-3 years in an analytical role or a role focused on driving strategic initiatives. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner. • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor across teams. • A collaborative, proactive mindset, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
