• Consults on compensation programs and practices. • Performs analysis on market compensation levels and trends. • Leads annual compensation processes. • Partners on day-to-day compensation needs and offers. • Benchmarks jobs against survey data. • Evaluates and implements job architecture tools. • Recommends changes to existing compensation plans. • Advises on employment regulations and compliance. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams • Strong communication skills • Business acumen • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
