• Provides customer service support to prospective and current Calbright College students • Generates excitement for prospective students • Assists current and prospective students with inquiries • Works with administration, faculty, and staff for student success • Provides support for application and student onboarding
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years of experience in customer support • Preferred experience in an educational environment • One year of college-level courses can substitute for experience • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is desired
