β’ Product Marketing Manager β’ ABOUT US PatientIQ is a fast-growing health tech company headquartered in Chicago, dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative software solutions. β’ ABOUT THE ROLE The Product Marketing Manager will be a critical link between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. β’ ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the product team and cross-functionally on go-to-market strategy. Be responsible for downstream marketing elements, including the packaging and positioning of PatientIQ's solutions. Lead product messaging and positioning and craft the overall story with product management that is both relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market. Collaborate with marketing and sales to execute go-to-market and growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and drive demand generation. Create and maintain thoughtful buyer and user personas through market research, leveraging them to create resonant marketing and sales enablement. Create compelling stories through PowerPoint presentations, speaking proposals, customer interviews, and collateral. Conduct competitive analysis and identify critical differentiators and new opportunities. Maintain up-to-date competitive information for the commercial team. Develop and maintain product education and training.
β’ 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B healthcare or health technology. β’ Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches. β’ Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing. β’ Experience marketing SaaS or other subscription-based products. β’ A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
