Requirements
• Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is essential. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Passion for streaming services and knowledge of the entertainment industry is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer management software.
