Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. • Excellent communication and customer service competencies. • Previous experience in technical support or customer service is desirable. • Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. • A self-motivated and organized individual who can work independently. • A willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a remote working environment.
