• Assist German-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries and providing effective resolutions • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat • Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with team members to ensure high customer satisfaction levels • Stay updated on products, services, and policies of the company • Adhere to established quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
