Description
• Respond to customer inquiries in German, providing detailed and accurate information • Assist customers in resolving queries and product-related issues • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently • Provide insights and guidance on products and services offered by Imperial Brands • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer experience • Stay updated on product knowledge and compliance with company policies
Requirements
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction • Competency in computer usage and familiarity with various software applications • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
