• Deliver exceptional customer support in Hungarian for IT-related inquiries • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions • Guide customers through product features and functionalities • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the IT sector • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask • Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus • Ability to work under pressure and manage technical inquiries • Team player with a proactive attitude • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
