Description
• Deliver outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers • Assist with inquiries, resolve issues • Ensure customer satisfaction via various communication channels • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions • Collaborate with team members for satisfaction targets
Requirements
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications • Passion for providing the best customer experience • Valid European Passport or ID
