• Interact with Polish-speaking customers • Assist with inquiries and product information • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone • Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally • Document customer interactions meticulously • Work collaboratively with team members • Participate in training sessions to develop skills • Achieve individual and team performance targets
Requirements
• Fluency in Polish and English is essential • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities • Detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory • Willingness to relocate to Greece • Valid EU passport or ID required
