• Bachelor's Degree with 6 + years of direct B2B selling experience • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization • Demonstrable experience as head of sales • Excellent listening and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building and presentation skills • Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner • Fluent in speaking, writing professional English is a must • Strong work ethic and self-discipline • Overseas travel is required
