Description

• Develop an expert understanding of the claims requirements and processes in litigation. • Develop and manage end-to-end implementation projects for clients ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met. This includes leading the configuration and integration of our platform for specific litigation requirements. • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand their business needs, develop detailed implementation plans, and align project objectives with their goals. • Ensure optimal performance of the platform through efficient and effective prompt engineering and rigorous QA testing. • Effectively manage a team of resources, including AI analysts and medical review resources, to support the fulfillment of implementation requirements and business objectives. • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders, identifying risks, and proactively addressing challenges. • Validate system setup and test to guarantee smooth transitions and full functionality of the platform post-implementation. • Develop standardized and repeatable processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or systems integration, particularly in managing complex implementations and generative AI solutions • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and client success teams, to deliver complex software solutions • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions proactively • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Deep expertise working with project management tools such as Click Up, Jira, Asana or Trello to drive successful project outcomes • Experience managing AI projects and familiarity with prompt engineering
