📋 Description
• Work closely with the Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure that compliance is embedded throughout the product lifecycle, from design to launch, enabling scalable and compliant product offerings. • Lead strategic projects and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders. • Guide Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on compliance processes, ensuring integration of KYC/CIP, Sanctions, AML controls, and other regulatory requirements into product features and systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk, and senior leadership, to align compliance efforts with business strategies and support global growth initiatives. • Own critical regulatory deliverables and remediation efforts, managing audit commitments and addressing regulatory findings within established timelines. • Deepen expertise in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, while contributing to Paxos’ regulation-first approach.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in compliance program management, ideally in technology, fintech or financial services • Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with strong program management skills • Ability to support compliance efforts by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the integration of regulatory requirements like KYC, AML, and Sanctions into product features and systems. • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex privacy concepts to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. • Thrive in complex, fast-paced environments, expertly managing diverse initiatives while ensuring alignment across teams. • Eager to deepen expertise in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks
