Description

• Drive alignment between sales and marketing by building and optimizing enablement processes, tools, and resources • Ensure revenue teams are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and content needed to execute on revenue-generating strategies and exceed their goals • Develop and manage sales onboarding programs to ensure new hires are trained within their first 30 days • Design and implement ongoing training programs, offering new learning opportunities quarterly • Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales enablement content with go-to-market strategies • Measure and track the impact of enablement initiatives on revenue performance • Implement tools and processes to streamline sales workflows, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions with sales reps • Lead initiatives to increase sales team engagement with enablement materials • Advocate for the sales team, ensuring alignment between their needs and the broader company objectives • Ensure new hires integrate into PayJunction’s culture and understand the company’s vision and values

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales or revenue enablement at a B2B company • Experience in payment processing industry is required • Hands-on experience in creating and managing sales enablement materials such as playbooks, training guides, and onboarding programs • Proficient with revenue tools such as Salesforce and Outreach (2-3 years of experience preferred) • Familiarity with platforms like ZoomInfo, Chorus, or similar tools is a plus • Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms (e.g., SalesHood, Highspot, Seismic) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform enablement strategies • Experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau) • Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom) • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sale is a plus
