β€’ Engage lending prospects through targeted sales strategies, presenting tailored payment solutions. β€’ Build strong relationships with decision-makers at lending institutions, aligning our offerings with their needs. β€’ Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing 3-4 agreements per quarter. β€’ Stay informed on industry trends, lending regulations, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. β€’ Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track progress, and deliver accurate sales forecasts.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of proven success in B2B sales within the auto and personal lending industry, with a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets. β€’ In-depth understanding of lending processes, payments, and regulatory landscape within the auto and personal lending sector. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences. β€’ Strong analytical and strategic thinking, using data-driven insights to shape sales strategies and drive revenue growth. β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment. β€’ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. β€’ Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
