• We are seeking a talented and technically adept Product Analyst with a background in financial services to join our dynamic team. • This full-time, remote position plays a vital role in supporting the product lifecycle by gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and functional requirements. • The Product Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, aligning product development efforts with business goals, ensuring clarity in requirements, and assisting in driving continuous improvement in product offerings. • As a Product Analyst, you will leverage your technical and analytical skills to understand end-user needs, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and work with the development team to ensure successful implementation. • This role is an excellent fit for individuals looking to deepen their expertise in financial services product management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, ideally with experience in financial services, digital payments, or fintech. • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications that drive product success. • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile development teams, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning and backlog grooming. • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in requirements. • Experience with Product Management Tools: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Aha! for requirements management and collaboration. • Basic UX/UI Knowledge: Ability to work with designers on product mockups and wireframes to create user-friendly experiences. • Preferred Qualifications: Background in the prepaid industry, mobile applications, or SaaS platforms is highly preferred. • Understanding data modeling and system architecture. • Cross-functional experience with a focus on technical and business alignment. • Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with product development frameworks.
