Description

• As a Product Analyst, support the product lifecycle by translating healthcare industry requirements into technical specifications. • Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaborate with development teams to bring product visions to life. • Leverage healthcare expertise to understand end-user needs and monitor product performance. • Provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a preferred background in healthcare, patient access, or medical technology. • Strong understanding of healthcare industry workflows, particularly in patient access, insurance verification, and appointment management. • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile development teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha! (preferred). • Experience with UX/UI principles and ability to work with designers on product mockups and wireframes. • Experience in patient access technologies, healthcare interoperability, or electronic health record (EHR) systems. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA. • Background in data analysis, with the ability to interpret healthcare data to drive product improvements.
