• The Healthcare Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing our healthcare programs with a specialized focus on audit and process improvement. • This role will work across teams to ensure programs are compliant with all regulations that processes are efficient and that all audits are effectively managed. • Develop and manage healthcare programs with a strong focus on process improvement and audit. • Ensure the organization's compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to set standards and procedures. • Develop and implement process improvement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute program strategies effectively. • Lead and facilitate training for employees on new processes, compliance regulations, and audit findings. • Monitor program outcomes and create detailed reports for management review. • Provide project management support for various initiatives, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field. • A Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare program management with a strong focus on auditing and process improvement. • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and auditing standards. • Proven experience in project management and process improvement. • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
