• Act as Global Process Owner for demand planning & statistical forecasting set up, standardization, and harmonization of planning processes across Business Units, Sites, and ERP systems • Develop and maintain demand planning models, incorporating data from Business Development, Sales, Customer Forecasts, and Finance to create accurate and timely forecasts supporting Operations, Sales, and Financial Planning. • Ensure consistency of forecast processes across the business units, reinforcing manufacturing, sales, and financial processes to link/align with forecasting. • Provide guidance and oversight to SKU-level forecasts, ensuring alignment with business direction and consistency with customer trends. • Work closely with Supply Planning teams to identify and resolve changes in the forecast and their impact on the supply chain. • Partner with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Finance to develop an accurate demand forecast for all SKUs in the designated area of the business, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on customer forecast accuracy, bias, and orders inside lead time. • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to demand planning and forecasting. • Knowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules. • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training. • College Level Mathematical Skills • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs. • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables. • Ability to travel up to 10% - 25% • Preferred: Certifications: APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification or similar is a plus • 10-15 years of experience in demand planning roles, with at least 10 years in a managerial or leadership position • Proven track record of successfully leading demand planning in a manufacturing environment • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced knowledge of demand planning software/tools • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
