Description

• Responsible for leading inventory planning, forecasting, and inventory strategy. • Develop and implement inventory tools and systems for tracking, analysis, and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best practices. • Leads, develops, and implements inventory management policies, procedures, and strategies. • Analyze historical sales data to forecast future inventory needs. • Manage the replenishment process to maintain optimal inventory levels. • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to reduce waste. • Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory levels and performance indicators. • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and training. • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Act as Global Process Owner for planning processes across units. • Work with Sales and Business Development teams on inventory policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 5-10 years related experience and/or training. • College Level Mathematical Skills • Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. • Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs. • Very High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables. • Ability to travel up to 10% - 25% • Certifications: APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) certification or similar is a plus • Proven track record of success in inventory management, with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
