📋 Description

• Translate business needs into technical requirements, process maps, and user stories. • Strong problem-solving skills and manage multiple projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. • Ensure technical documentation supports operational goals. • Maintain data integrity and troubleshoot technical issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of technical/business analysis, process mapping, and reporting in a financial services environment (preferably in retirement plan recordkeeping) • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong ability to decompose business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories. • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus. • Experience with process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar. • SQL proficiency required; knowledge of other programming languages is a plus. • Familiarity with API integrations, data feeds, and system connectivity concepts. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Experience with Salesforce is a plus. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure high levels of accuracy in technical documentation. • Proactive problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset. • Facilitate and lead effective meetings, ensuring clear agendas, productive discussions, and timely follow-ups to drive project progress and team alignment. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative to manage tasks, solve problems, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. • Knowledge of scrum practices and ceremonies. • Experience as a Scrum Master a plus. • Experience working in an Agile environment.
