• We are musicians, athletes, coaches and teachers who truly believe in our mission to help people achieve their best. • Our software platforms connect performers, instructors and creators. • As a Senior Account Manager you are responsible for retention and revenue expansion. • Success in this position is measured by helping existing districts with contracts. • You are the voice of customer conduit to our internal teams. • You will sit directly with the Account Management team and work in close collaboration with other teams. • You will develop, iterate, and implement renewal and expansion tactics for accounts. • Monitor end-user allocation and product usage to improve customer goals. • Attend a limited number of trade shows to demonstrate product value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales in the EdTech space. • Prior experience in the music SaaS industry or as a musician and/or music educator. • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic renewal and expansion plans. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in monitoring key metrics. • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Skilled in delivering presentations and product demos. • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work cross-functionally. • Experience with customer success planning. • Highly organized and self-motivated. • Strong negotiation and influencing skills. • Commitment to customer service excellence.

Benefits
