Description

• Senior Strategic Customer Success Managers partner closely with lighthouse customers. • Advise customers on leveraging Samsara for their goals. • Manage the customer lifecycle after onboarding. • Serve as the trusted advisor for strategic customers in the US and Canada. • Guide customers to improve operations and workflows using the Connected Operations platform. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer requests. • Provide high-quality customer service with an emphasis on advocacy and appreciation. • Mentor and coach team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional work experience. • 8 years in Customer Success or similar discipline. • 2+ years managing multiple $1M+ ARR customers. • Exceptional executive stakeholder management skills. • Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to think big while executing with excellence. • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively. • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in change-heavy environments. • Ability to travel for customer meetings and events (up to 25%). • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited institution. • Additional formal education through MBA or similar (ideal).
