We prioritize growth, flexibility, and collaboration. • Role Overview: As the Chief of Staff - Recruitment at Pearl Talent, you will play a pivotal role in cross-functional coordination and operational efficiency. • Your Impact: Your efforts will directly contribute to streamlining operations, improving client satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships between our teams and clients. • Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment Operations Support • Supervise recruitment operations to ensure that hiring initiatives adhere to established timelines. • Optimize sourcing activities and strategies to guarantee the attraction of suitable candidates. • Client and Account Management Support • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on placed candidates. • Collaborate with the Success team to ensure the health of all client-candidate relationships. • Project & Cross-Functional Coordination • Collaborate with departments to keep projects on track and assist in resolving blockers as needed. • Facilitate collaboration among teams to drive project success. • Data Gathering and Upkeep • Regularly update and maintain dashboards, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Experience in operations in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills and experience in client communication or account management. • Proven experience in project management • Proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail. • Nice to Have: • Experience in Business Development or Business Strategy • Familiarity with project management tools like Click Up, Hubspot, etc • Experience in recruitment processes or sales strategy.
