Description

• Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling meetings. • Generate and follow up on leads based on Ideal Customer Profile traits. • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. • Oversee backend administrative tasks, event coordination, and document preparation. • Conduct market research, create presentations, and provide data for decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools, including: Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Zoom. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence. • Highly proactive and organized, with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
