Description

β€’ Provide executive support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling meetings. β€’ Generate and follow up on leads based on Ideal Customer Profile traits. β€’ Assist in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. β€’ Oversee backend administrative tasks, event coordination, and document preparation. β€’ Conduct market research, create presentations, and provide data for decision-making.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. β€’ Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant software and tools, including: Slack, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Zoom. β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence. β€’ Highly proactive and organized, with a strong attention to detail. β€’ Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
