You will be responsible for creating and executing outreach strategies to connect with potential clients, partners, and community members.
β’ Must-Have: β’ Startup Experience: Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments with intense growth (e.g., 50-100% monthly growth). Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities. β’ Expert-Level Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, managing multiple profiles, executing high-volume, tailored outreach, and optimizing lead generation efforts to drive consistent results. β’ Lead Generation and List Building Expertise: Strong track record in lead generation and building targeted high-quality lead lists, leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other relevant tools to maintain a robust pipeline. β’ CRM Management Skills: Extensive experience in managing CRMs, with a focus on accurate logging of outreach activities, interactions, and follow-ups. Familiarity with Notion or similar tools is essential. β’ Account-Based Outreach Strategy Development: Proven ability to develop and implement account-based outreach strategies, aligning with business development goals to maximize client engagement and conversions. β’ Exceptional Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and profiles. A resourceful, proactive mindset with a strong willingness to grow and continuously improve.
