ā¢ We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to join our team. ā¢ This role focuses on identifying and nurturing potential clients, supporting sales efforts, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. ā¢ Familiarity with online advertising and data research is a plus. ā¢ Develop and implement strategies to attract quality leads. ā¢ Utilize multiple channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and online ads, to drive lead acquisition. ā¢ Monitor and adjust campaigns to optimize lead generation. ā¢ Create and manage email campaigns to engage leads and customers. ā¢ Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements. ā¢ Qualify leads and facilitate their transition through the sales pipeline. ā¢ Conduct follow-ups to increase conversion rates. ā¢ Maintain organized records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM. ā¢ Plan and manage online ad campaigns to support lead generation. ā¢ Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and optimize for best results. ā¢ Track and report on campaign performance, refining strategies as needed. ā¢ Use data research tools to gather insights for lead generation and marketing. ā¢ Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
ā¢ Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and inside sales support. ā¢ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation, management, and optimization. ā¢ Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar. ā¢ Familiarity with data scraping tools and techniques is a plus. ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ā¢ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
