• Substance - our mission is to connect businesses with top talent in lower-cost regions, maximizing value and savings. • As a Lead Generation Associate, you will be essential in driving our lead generation efforts and identifying potential clients who can benefit from our services. • You will employ various strategies to reach out to target markets, conduct research, and ensure a robust pipeline of interested prospects, ultimately supporting our sales team to convert leads into lasting partnerships. • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients in target industries and regions, focusing on decision-makers and influencers. • Outreach: Initiate contact through emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to generate interest in Substance's offerings. • Follow-Up: Engage with leads to nurture relationships, answer initial queries, and educate them about our services. • CRM Management: Input and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM, tracking interactions and updates. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to effectively position Substance's value proposition. • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide insights from your lead generation activities. • Reporting: Generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects. • Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for data entry and CRM systems. • A strong desire to learn about sales and business development processes. • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote work environment. • Some experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with social media platforms and networking tools for professional outreach.
